Returns

We grant you the right to return all of our products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If desired, also without giving reasons.

Please note that this only applies to unopened, complete and unused items and sets.

Credits are only given for returns that have been received in full. This also includes the exclusive free gifts that we send out for certain products, since these are explicitly linked to the purchase of a specific product. This applies in particular to the special offer “Buy X items – pay for Y”.

The shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
